About this unit
The aim of this unit is to provide you with the opportunity to explore and consider sustainable business practices at an organisational level. A project approach will be used in helping you to develop and critique sustainable business practices in “real world” change environments. You will understand and apply theories and processes used to bring about large-scale organisational change in a practical context and in doing so, explore some of the interventions used to implement sustainable change at the individual, group and organisational process level. This experience is intended to increase your capability and confidence in managing a heavy and constantly changing environment.
