About this unit
This unit instructs students on the fundamental principles of information visualisation.
You will develop your ability to create dynamic visualisations that empower users to understand real-world data sets – visualisations that are also vital to strategic decision-making in business contexts.
In your study you will cover a range of specialised topics in business-relevant data analytics, including data-driven decision making, exploratory data analysis, as well as diagnostic and predictive analytics. A core part of your study will be data visualisation and storytelling using software such as Tableau.
