You complete two of the following units:

Fundamentals of Criminology

Fundamentals of Psychology

Law and Social Science

Criminal Law and Process

On successful completion of this course students will be able to:

  • Describe the basic principles that underpin the Australian legal system.
  • Compare different theories of the nature of crime in society.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of key procedures of the Australian criminal justice system.

Course rules

To qualify for the Undergraduate Certificate of Criminal Justice and Criminology, students must complete 50 credit points comprising:
